5 night Customer Incentive ski break - Cervinia, Italy
Client - International Telecoms company based in Sussex
Trip Overview - This was an incentive trip for the very best customers of a telecoms company, who wanted to reward the CEO's & Owners of these companies and help to build and improve their working relationships. This was a group trip of 24 people, for a five night ski break in Cervinia in Italy.
We booked up a whole chalethotel just for the group, which had its own bar, perfect for socialising after a day on the slopes. The chalethotel was catered, so all food and drinks were included. We also organised lift passes, equipment hire or ski carriage plus a range of private ski coaching for different levels. We also included ATOL protected flights and arranged private door to door coach transfers for the group.
Benefits - This had to be a very flexible trip, as none of the passengers were not confirmed until very close to the departure date. We used our good relationships with airlines and tour operators to defer adding names to the booking until two weeks prior to departure, with name change fees waived until this time. We also had to organise some people flying in from different locations and staying for different durations and so organise separate flights and transfers. We also investigated good restaurants in the resort and any extra tours available.

Staff reward ski trip - Ischgl, Austria
Client - London based construction recruitment company
Trip overview - This was a staff reward trip for the companies best staff who hit the top targets for the year.
This was a 'split trip' so we had two groups, with one travelling out Saturday to Tuesday, then swapping with the second group who stayed for Tuesday to Friday. They stayed in a Luxury skihotel in the centre of Ischgl, where we had 6 rooms booked for the week and arranged a midweek group change with thr tour operator and hotel. ATOL protected flights, private transfers, lift passes, ski hire and private coaching were all organised by us, to ensure the client had very little to do when they arrived.
Benefits - This was a very complicated booking, with two main groups travelling on different dates, then other people arriving and leaving on different dates. we had to arrange extra beds for some of the rooms on some of the nights, plus add in extra transfers and flights. We also investigated lots of non-ski activities in Ischgl and various surrounding resorts.

Staff end of year reward trip - Dubrovnik
Client - Brighton based PR company
Trip overview - Three night weekend city break. This was a staff end of financial year reward trip. No targets or incentive, this was just the whole office going on an annual trip, aimed at rewarding staff and team building relationships. We organised the flights, private transfers and four star hotel close to the city centre
Benefits - This was a fairly simple trip, although there was a few name changes and we were asked to find out the best restaurants in town and make bookings and we also booked some sightseeing tours. We took care organising the whole trip, as the client runs a very busy office, where they prefer us to arrange their trips, so they don't have staff taken away from their normal duties. This is a regular trip the client has been booked with us for several years now.
